How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to deliver your order within 10 days of confirmation. You’ll receive communication from our customer care team as soon as your order is placed.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an order tracking link by email or WhatsApp once your product is dispatched.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We’ll need an unboxing video and images to process your claim. Contact:

Can I cancel my order?

Yes – as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched. A 3% payment gateway charge will be deducted from your refund.

What if I want to cancel after the product is shipped?

Unfortunately, cancellations are not accepted once the product has left our warehouse. If the prepaid order is returned, ₹75 will be deducted as handling fee.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 10 -15 working days to the original payment method, depending on your provider.

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

We do not accept returns for used/opened fragrance products due to hygiene and safety. Please read the product details before purchasing.

What is the return policy for damaged or incorrect items?

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory.
• Include images and write to care@ikigrow.in with subject line: “Refund For [Product Name]”
  

What if my package is damaged or tampered with during delivery?

• Kindly refuse the package on the spot if visibly damaged.
• If already delivered, contact us within 3 days for support.
